Tusingwire Frank muhumule known by his stage name Xpanda Chekele, was Born in 12/12/1996, raised from kyomunembe village,kagadi town council, Kampala city.

 

He attended kagadi seniour secondary school, kagadi accadamy, mpaga sss and Bunyoro senior secondary school where he completed his '0' level 

Later he joined kabalore hillside senior secondary school from fortportal where he completed his hi 'A' level

After A level he joined YMCA complehesive institute from kampala where he acheaved a deploma in catering and hotel management.

 

Currently he is the manager of Obama country inn from kagadi town.

 

Xpanda chekele started his music career 2014 ,he coraborated with spirow gosiple choir music known as spirow gosiple ministry from kagadi church of Uganda where he released his first song known as (rekankusiime ninyegonza Ruhanga oli murungi) it was a thanking and praising song thanking for all God has done for him in 2015 which picked up in all religious people around all Church's .

 

In 2020 he released a second love song known as (she's a beauty mwana muwala anyirira onkukamara) this song picked up in the whole town aspcially in the youths and young teenages it was praising song to a beautiful lady .

 

Currently 2021 he has released a hit love song now as (Baibi okumbulamu) it is one of  the song that is trending now  in Bunyoro.
