Koloyi Thomas zirk was born to The Great Namulesa (mother) on 7/7/1995 in Kampala, living in areas in iganga also known as One Gang City, Jinja (Stone City). He is a past medical student of international Institute Of Health Sciences very passionate about music. From the age of six Rissler’s mother recognized his passion for music as he would always be singing to the lyrics of different artists though his mother always encouraged him to put books first. His love for music grew listening to musicians such as Lucky Dube, Capleton, Sizzla, Burning Spear and many more others mostly from jamaica. Known as one of the upcoming artists in the contemporary dancehall movement, through the introduction of his friend Gideon Roots, he built a relationship with Chet Conrad and Rovinz Pro of Chet Production to which he was later signed. Zirktom Rissler emerged the Uganda Dancehall Fraternity in 2018. His first hit single, "Lyrical Gunshot" off the intoxicated Riddim, and this was one of the popular dancehall songs at the beginning of 2019 shortly after he had been signed to Chet Records International, a recognised record label in uganda.

Rissler is a name that was given to him by his friends because of the fact that he is a great roller. His first hit song "Lyrical Gunshot"    has made tremendous airplay and dancehall reviews especially in the Ugnada and some other parts of East Africa.

Rissler is also working on a number of upcoming projects at Chet records off different riddims produced from Jamaica by Djs like Dj Frass, Marcus, Ricko Bery and many more others.
