Information reaching our gossip desk indicates local musician David Lutalo was recently diagnosed with stage one throat cancer. The singer had gone for checkup after feeling uncomfortable with a prolonged pain on the throat and unfortunately the test results revealed cancerous cells in the throat.
Apparently the “Ujuwe” singer was advised by doctors to stop singing as he prepares for his surgery since the cancer is still on stage one and with a successful surgery he will recover but might take his sometime to regain his beautiful voice.
It seems David Lutalo is heading to the doctors’ advice as last week he turned down a whooping deal of Ugx 5m where he was asked to perform in West Nile.
Amidst all these challenges, the singer decided to console himself by buying himself a new house worth Ugx 150 m in Makindye Lukuli zone.
