Rema Shares her Secret to Success

Afrobeat and RnB songstress Rema Namakula, famed for her song “Akatonotono” has revealed the secret to her ascension in the Ugandan music industry.

During a recent interview at Coke studio, Rema pegs her success on hard work. She also revealed that comes from a humble family and is a practicing Muslim;

“I take a step at a time and also believe in God…I love my God. If you (upcoming artistes) are lucky to meet the right people then everything will happen. If not - you need to work and pray hard.”

The Linda hit-maker also revealed that she will launch her new album called “Nyweela” in 2017.

Rema has already released a few songs from her “Nyweela” album, including “Sibalaba and Akaliro”
