Singer Moses Ssali commonly known as Bebe Cool has been branded as the most controversial artiste in Uganda. He is the most insulted on social media platforms and many have labelled him "Stupid" and unworthy because of his lifestyle. Amongst his colleagues like Chameleone and Bobi Wine, he is the only one who doesn’t own a completed house. He has failed to complete his huge mansion in Kiwatule. He has been constructing it for more than 8 years. He still rents a small house in Ntinda but does anyone consider his good side, I mean the lighter side of him.
Behind the scenes, Bebe is the best husband and father according to people close to him.
He doesn't bark at his wife and "fears" (like many would prefer to call it) but respects her wife. We have seen this in public how he likes complimenting the mother of four. Many women would love to have a piece of him.
Just imagine many women fell in love with Former USA president Barack Obama's farewell speech in January because of those tear dropping compliments he made about his wife Mitchell Obama and kids. Ladies, who don't want this?
He loves all his five children equally. He pampers them with love. He named his second-born Alfa Thierry after England's Arsenal team player Thierry Henry. Alfa has been playing under Proline Academy and in 2016, he was named footballer of the year. This kid has been equipped with the best football skills and the dad supports his career path.
Recently, I landed on video on Bebe Cool's Instagram showing Alfa Thierry working on his knees in the gym at just age 14 years. In Africa, it's not usual to find a parent that injects time to build a kids career outside books. One of the world's billionaire Warren Buffet once said that at 7 years his dad introduced him to business this helped him to move 15 years ahead of other people. Equally, when Bebe Cool injects cash into his son from a tender age he is pushing him 10 years ahead considering the fact that Alfa began football at an early age of 4.
Lastly, his daughter Beata Sophie Ssali was seen at Serena hotel during the life of Bebe Cool concert last year singing her heart out. She can play the piano.
