A few days ago there was speculation the eddy kenzo had failed to pay the organizers of the sitya loss concert. Well now we have received confirmation that the sitya loss singer Eddy Kenzo was sued in court for failure to settle his debt.

Following an order issued by Kampala High Court which gave way to court bailiffs to apprehend the artist over failure to pay a debt amounting to Shs 4,104,000.

According to Ugo It all started when Kenzo was paid a sum of Shs 1,800,000 by a promoter, a one Henry Babona to perform with his group, Big Talent, at two concerts, one at Sunset in Nateete and the other at Mick Club, Makindye.

However, the singer didn’t show up at any of the shows something that cost him extra sums of money in hiring other musicians to fill up the gap that had been created by Kenzo’s absence. Babona says he tried to demand his money back from Kenzo by all his efforts hit a dead end, prompting him to seek court’s help.

He ran to Makindye Magistrates court but Kenzo didn’t show up in all of the court’s hearings. Her worship, Margaret Aanyu in her May ruling ordered Kenzo to pay Shs 4,104,000.
