Musician Cinderella Sanyu, popularly known as Cindy, has defended Eddy Kenzo against critics who mock his English, urging people to focus instead on his leadership abilities and wisdom.
Speaking in an interview with a local television station, Cindy said language should not be confused with intelligence or leadership capability.
“Please differentiate between language and wisdom. Eddy Kenzo may struggle with English sometimes, but he keeps improving every day, and he is a good person,” she said.
Cindy went on to praise Kenzo’s leadership style, describing him as humble, open-minded, and willing to learn from others.
“He is a leader who is willing to learn every day. What he doesn’t know, he acknowledges, and that is a very important quality in leadership. A good leader must be willing to listen to the people,” she added.
Her comments come amid ongoing public discussions surrounding Kenzo’s leadership in the music industry and his communication style.
