Presidential advisor on the ghetto issues Buchaman is ready to campaign for nemesis Bobi Wine if he is paid.
Buchaman said he needs money just like any other Ugandan and he will offer his services to Bobi Wine if he is needed.
He said President Museveni is known in every part of the country.
He doesn't need to campaign.
"I am ready to campaign for Bobi Wine if he pays me.I don't have to campaign for President Museveni because he is popular everywhere," he said.
