The supporters of the National Unity Platform, (NUP) are known for trolling whoever doesn't support Bobi Wine.
Over the weekend, they unleashed a storm on the Uganda Musicians Association president, Ykee Benda for keeping silent while fellow musician, Nubian Li is behind bars.
He however fired back by saying Nubian Li is not a member of the association and was arrested as a politician, not a musician.
Ykee Benda also emphasized that it was upon him to decide whether to raise or keep silent and therefore, he was not ready to work under pressure because of the fans.
In turn, the NUP supporters vowed to boycott the singer’s music for allegedly failing to speak up when they need him most.
