Flavia Namulidwa was one of the famous hosts on Bukedde TV.
Talking about why she left her job, Namulidwa explains that the little pay in the media made her throw in a towel.
She says running a Youtube channel is better than spending hours on television without a good salary.
"It doesn’t make sense to be applauded as a media personality while earning nothing. Sadly, some of those who have remained on the job have turned into beggars," she explains.
She says her love for journalism will never stop and it's the reason she is still practicing it through the "Diaspora Ug Connect".
Namulidwa quit Bukedde TV in 2019 to contest as Gomba woman MP but later dropped out of the race before she relocated to United States of America.
