Radio presenter Isaac Katende commonly known as Kasuku, businessman Frank Gashumba, Pastor Simon Kayiwa, and others who escorted Pr Bugingo to Susan Makula's home may face arrest for allegedly failing to cooperate with city lawyer Male Mabirizi to implicate the pastor over bigamy.
Male sued Bugingo for marrying another woman, yet he is still legally wedded to Teddy Bugingo.
Bugingo denied marrying Susan, describing the function as a casual visit, but Male is not backing down.
He wants those who escorted him to appear in court and testify against Bugingo.
The Male has already written to the court asking for the arrest of Kasuku, Gashumba, Pr Kayiiwa, and others.
