Musician Pallaso won the Artist of the Year Award for the second consecutive year at the Zzina Awards after beating stiff competition from Jose Chameleone, Fik Fameica among others.
After losing, everybody thought Jose Chameleone would be very frustrated, but he has come out to applaud Pallaso for the hard work.
Chameleone told one of the leading entertainment TV show hosts that he feels very proud to be Pallaso’s godfather.
“Leone Island gave a platform to many artists and Pallaso is one of them. He is my brother, but I am also his godfather in music. He has made me proud. I feel proud that he is enjoying the wins," he said.
Pallaso, late Radio & Weasel, King Saha among others are some of the products of Jose Chameleone’s Leone Island.
