We can beat Nigerians if we support our own - Ykee Benda

The Nigerian artists who are considered the Godfathers of Afro beats have taken over the world by storm.

At the moment, they produce the best music globally, and they seem unbeatable.

Musician Ykee Benda believes that if Ugandans support each other, they can beat Nigerians. 

"If we support our own, we can beat Nigerians. They are the only ones better than us in Africa," he explained.

Ykee Benda is one of the few Ugandan musicians supporting young talent under the Mpaka Records label.
