Frank Gashumba has grabbed the headlines again. And for once he is not defending his daughter Sheila Gashumba.

In the audio that leaked, Frank is critical of Sheila’s life choices and behavior which is unlike him.
In an interview, Frank confirmed he was speaking to a friend in the diaspora named Diana.
“I was talking to my friend Diana. She stays in the U.S. She claims that she didn’t leak the audio, but anyway, the good thing is that message in the audio touches many parents and children. Had it been that I was backbiting someone or attacking anyone, it would be a bad thing,” he explained.
He seemed to stick to his utterances in the audio although Sheila says their relationship is good at the moment.
