Sheila Gashumba officially opened her shop, Gash Luxe to the public on Sunday. The event was characterized by much pomp and glamour.
Discussing her journey to open her business, Sheila said all the money was from her own pockets.
“My father didn’t give me any money. He raised me to be financially independent. People think that because I’m Gashumba’s daughter, I get things on a silver platter,” she said.
Frank Gashumba who was at the launch of the event also affirmSheila'sila statements saying that he is a conservative dad who believes children should work hard to get what they desire.
He told Sheila to dream more and do even much more.
“I know your potential, don’t get comfortable. Go for more,” he encouraged her.
In her response, Sheila said she is planning to spread her wings to different East African countries.
