Musician Cinderella Sanyu aka Cindy has advised Bobi Wine to talk to the Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) if he needs to get back on stage.
She said the NUP President is not a member of the association so they have no obligation to fight for his rights to perform.
Cindy said Bobi Wine's claims of being among the first people to start the association can no longer hold water because a lot has since changed.
"He should reach out to us formally if he wants the association's help. He is not our member so basically, that means he doesn't care about us. He claims to have been the first Secretary General of the association but we have since moved on," she said in an interview with local television.
Earlier this month, Bobi Wine rubbished the association claiming it's now a political vehicle for President Museveni to sabotage a section of musicians who do not agree with him.
