City pastor Bugingo Aloysius has been criticizing Bobi Wine for his stance on the homosexuality issue, which has caused division in the nation. The pastor accuses Bobi Wine of sympathizing with gay people and benefiting from their funds.
In the most recent development, Bugingo criticized Bobi Wine for his donation of Ugx 1M, considering it inadequate given his stature following the death of entertainer Kato Lubwama. Pastor Aloysius Bugingo claims this act was selfish and shameless, asserting that Bobi Wine could afford to give more.
Bobi Wine had remained silent regarding Bugingo's criticism until yesterday when he addressed him in a cryptic social media post. Quoting Matthew Chapter 7 Verse 15 from the Bible, Bobi Wine cautioned Ugandans to be cautious of false prophets who claim to be holy.
"Beware of false prophets who come in sheep's skin but inwardly are wolves. You will recognize them by their fruits. Matthew 7:15. Happy Sunday to you all," Bobi Wine stated.
