Band singer Carol Nantongo has revealed her preference for male friends over female companions, citing past betrayals by female friends as the reason for her shift in allegiance.
Nantogo explained that she has distanced herself from female friendships due to repeated instances of betrayal, finding solace in male friendships as they are better at keeping secrets and offering understanding.
"I used to have many female friends, but they let me down. Currently, I only have male friends because they exhibit more understanding compared to females. The men have proven themselves to be more trustworthy, as the few female friends I had betrayed my trust. Sadly, women seem to revel in the misfortune of others, while men are more supportive," she disclosed during an interview with a local YouTuber.
Nantogo emphasized her disillusionment with female companions, lamenting their tendency to empathize during hardships but exhibit jealousy in times of triumph.
