Rumors have been circulating in the city suggesting that Tycoon Sudhir Ruparelia inquired about purchasing Sheebah's luxurious mansion situated in Munyonyo.
However, Sheebah has put the rumors to bed and revealed that no one can manage to purchase her house. She is not willing to sell it, so whoever is interested must cough up more than double.
Sheebah maintains she is in charge, dismissing all the rumors.
"I am in charge; I am the electricity. He can't purchase my home because I am not interested in selling it off," she said in an interview with a local television station.
It is alleged that Sudhir is seeking to expand the land for his Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort and is looking at paying off his neighbors, including Sheebah Karungi.
