Events host and media personality Edwin Katamba, aka Mc Kats, has opened up about why he quit hosting events in bars around the city.
Kats explained that he quit the bar business mainly to focus on his YouTube channel. He was inspired by people like Kasuku, who are making a living off YouTube.
He says bar owners, just like musicians, are unappreciative people, and he saw it wise to channel his energy into personal growth.
"I quit the bar business and hosting events in bars because I was never appreciated. I turned my focus to YouTube, and always look out for me through my channel," he partly said while appearing on the After 5 show earlier this week.
Mc Kats is the most celebrated Ugandan events host and has groomed quite a long list of other events hosts.
