The couple already have two children, and allegations indicate the woman has moved to lodge a complaint of family neglect.
It's alleged that Sekajja Abdul no longer cares about his ex-wife and doesn't provide food and medical care for his children.
Reports further indicate that the junior minister for youth and children, Balaam Barugahare, summoned Abdul Sekajja's ex-wife to his office to discuss the family neglect allegations.
The minister wants to hear Rashida's story before taking the matter to the mandated authorities.
