Music star Jose Chameleone has spoken out on the ongoing DNA testing debate, making it clear that he has no intention of carrying out such tests on his children.

The “Valu Valu” singer said he has no doubts about his children’s parentage, explaining that they were born within his family and he willingly fathered them.

“My brother, I know my children and have no reason to do DNA. I gave birth to them willingly, and can never do testing on my children because they were born from my house,” Chameleone said.

No Doubt About His Family

Chameleone stressed that DNA testing is unnecessary in his case because he has full trust in his children and their upbringing.

His comments come at a time when DNA discussions have become a hot topic across the country.

Advice To Others

While ruling it out for himself, Chameleone encouraged those with paternity concerns to consider preserving their DNA samples in government laboratories.

According to him, such facilities can safely store genetic samples for decades and could help families avoid future disputes.

“The country has facilities to keep your DNA. It can be kept for over forty years. You should go and take your samples for the better,” he added.

His remarks have now added another voice to Uganda’s growing public debate on DNA testing and family trust.
