Social media influencer Bad Black has broken her silence on her decision to get plastic surgery, revealing that non-stop online bullying about her body shape pushed her to do it.

Speaking during an interview with a local TV station, the controversial personality explained that even though she has a large and loyal following, cruel comments targeting her physical appearance became impossible to ignore.

"People love me, but I was often bullied in the comments about my body shape. That's one of the reasons I chose to go for surgery," she shared.

Bad Black joins a growing list of famous Ugandan and East African female personalities who have openly chosen cosmetic enhancement. Socialite Zari Hassan, Mami Deb, and celebrated singer Sheebah Karungi have all previously been linked to similar procedures, making body enhancement a normal topic of conversation in the entertainment world.

For Bad Black, the decision was deeply personal. It came after years of dealing with harsh criticism from online users who attacked her looks.

Her confession has sparked a new debate on social media about the damaging effects of cyberbullying on self-esteem. While many fans have expressed their support, others continue to question the heavy pressure of beauty standards on public figures.

Bad Black also added that she plans to get a face-lift when she turns 40 years old.

"When I turn 40, I’ll go for a facelift. I’m very delicate, so I stay away from fights and any kind of drama," she said.
