Ugandan music star Jose Chameleone has congratulated fellow musician Bebe Cool following his reported purchase of a luxurious mansion in Bwebajja, which he gifted to his wife, Zuena Kirema.

The mansion, reportedly worth about $1 million, has attracted widespread attention in entertainment circles because of its impressive design, swimming pool, and other luxury amenities.

Speaking about the development, Chameleone said he was genuinely happy for Bebe Cool, describing him as a hardworking person who has steadily built his success over the years.

"I am happy for Bebe because he is my friend, and I know how hard he works. Giving his wife such a gift means more blessings are coming his way," he partly explained.

Chameleone also dismissed comparisons between himself, Bebe Cool, and Bobi Wine, saying the days when the three artists competed through major purchases and personal achievements are long gone.

"People should not compare what I have with what others have. My pocket is different, and I am satisfied with what I have. I am no longer in that competition zone," he added.

The remarks come as fans continue to celebrate Bebe Cool's latest property acquisition, which has become one of the most talked-about entertainment stories in Uganda.
