Businesswoman and socialite Zari Hassan has sparked debate after suggesting that women whose partners restrict them from working but fail to provide for them may look elsewhere for emotional and financial support.
Speaking in a video shared on TikTok, Zari argued that some women find themselves trapped in relationships where they have no independent source of income while their partners do not adequately meet their basic needs.
"People are going to say that I am spoiling their women, but women need to cheat," she said.
Zari maintained that women in such situations should not feel obligated to remain without support if someone else is willing to help them.
"If you have a chance and there's someone out there willing to invest in you and take your stress away, please cheat," she added.
