Gospel singer Judith Babirye won the race for the parliamentary position in Buikwe district as Woman MP in Thursday’s polls under NRM flag.
The NRM party woman flag bearer had promised jobs to the youth, improved health services among other things.
The Yesu beera nange singer managed to win overwhelmingly in most polling stations from the 80,000 voters.
