Former People Power blogger Ashburg Katto finally received his cows after threatening to expose the mafias holding onto his cows.
Ashburg had been complaining over the delay through social media. He said the cows had been held by a certain ‘mulalo’ he refused to mention.
While some thought it was Balaam Barugahare, Ashburg cleared air and said Balaam was actually helping him get his cows.
