Fast-rising Zex Bilangilangi broke onto the scene in 2020 with his club banger "Ratata" that took Ugandans by storm and topped charts.
He is one of the products of the 2015 Firebase Talent Search that saw him get signed to the music label that has of late been dominated by politics.
He thinks Firebase as a music label has not helped him much musically. He was overheard telling his close friends that he is considering quitting despite his love for Bobi Wine.
Zex already has plans in the pipeline to start his label dubbed “Geng Geng” and recruit talented young stars.
