Musician Big Eye is having stressful nights after suffering another embarrassment over the weekend.
During Galaxy FM’s ‘There Fore Etteta’ concert at Jahaz Pier in Munyonyo, BigEye was not allowed stage time as he was pelted with bottles until he left unwillingly.
The singer then took to his social media to ask for mercy.
“Please allow me to do my job. Politics ended," he posted.
It is believed that opposition supporters who don’t agree with his political party, NRM chased him off stage.
The singer wants Bobi Wine, the leader of the opposition party, NUP to talk to his fans.
“What kind of Uganda do National Unity Platform( NUP) supporters want? They can not practice democracy but they want to rule this country. What wrong did I do to support Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and National Resistance Movement - NRM? I challenge you, Hon Bobi Wine to teach your supporters how to separate music from politics. Let them stop attacking me when performing on stage. On stage am doing my official job. It's now scaring my promoters and partners in the business and affecting my career. #FreeMe,” he wrote.
During Spice Diana’s concert at Freedom City in January 2020, Big Eye also took off from the stage after music lovers threw bottles at him.
