Band musician Ronald Mayinja ditched the National Unity Platform (NUP) for NRM in 2020.
In an interview with local television, Mayinja explained he doesn't regret joining NRM, he is a happy man.
Mayinja said NRM has contributed to his wellbeing. The party saved him from choking on debt, he can't abandon it.
Mayinja's comments come at a time when fellow musicians like Catherine Kusasira and Butcha man feel sidelined by the party.
