Sipapa denies threatening Ugandans

For the past few weeks, Sipapa has been under fire from the members of the public for his unruly conduct.

He is being accused of threatening the lives of citizens with guns and also often knocking their cars off the roads.

Sipapa is reported to be moving in vehicles without number plates amidst heavily armed security. 

He has vehemently denied harassing anyone and neither does he move with armed policemen.

He claimed his celebrity status is to blame. People always cause chaos whenever he gets to high traffic areas.
