Bebe Cool fell out with King Saha in 2020 after he advised him to stop using drugs. King Saha took it personally and he has never stopped ranting about how he is better than the Gagamel boss.
The singer took it further to drop a song titled "Zakayo" attacking Bebe Cool.
The Gagamel boss insisted that he was helping King Saha not ruin his career.
On Wednesday after the photos of the singer admitted to the hospital went viral online, social media users were quick to link his sickness to weed.
“We are not sure but he could have taken a weed overdose," many followers commented.
A few weeks ago, King Saha was accused by radio presenter Brian Mulondo of not showering and smelling weed.
