Marcus Kwikiriza is not one to take seriously when he says he has quit any job. Not long ago, he announced he had left radio to focus on other things. He was working at Nxt Radio as general manager, among other things.
It wasn’t the first time he was resigning, but we thought the departure from Next Media was his final lap, we were wrong.
Howwe has gathered that he signed a juicy deal to work with NRG Radio Uganda, a new station here with roots in Kenya.
Marcus is tipped to work on the morning show. He previously worked with Capital FM, Sanyu FM, and Next radio in Uganda. In Rwanda, he worked with Radio 10, and Flash FM (Programme director), and in Kenya, he worked at Capital Radio (Drive Show), Classic FM (Drive show), and Nation FM/Easy FM.
NRG has recruited several familiar faces including Sheila Saltofte, who left NBS TV.
