Last week, Sheebah was nominated as the vice chairperson for the newly created Uganda Musicians Federation.
Upon her appointment, Sheebah expressed happiness at the possibility of a unified industry.
Asked whether the federation is here to rival Cindy Sanyu’s Uganda Musicians Association(UMA), Sheebah said UMA is also a member of the federation and therefore, there’s no competition.
“The federation is a body that covers all the associations. We got representatives from all the associations and UMA is with us,” she said in an interview.
She is positive the federation will do good for the music industry under her leadership.
