Ugandan singer and producer Daddy Andre has said that he will never perform in Dubai.

Andre, who is known for his hits such as "Balabika" and "Nkwagala Nze," said that he is not used to the hot weather in Dubai and that he is not comfortable with the promoters who stage concerts there.

"I can never go and perform in Dubai," Andre said in an interview with a local television station. "What's good there, the sun? I am not an artist that I have to perform everywhere. I am a singer who does it at my wish."

Andre said that he would rather perform in countries such as the United Kingdom, where he is more comfortable with the weather and the promoters.

"I am better off performing in the UK than holding a show in the desert," he said.

Andre's decision to refuse to perform in Dubai has been met with mixed reactions. Some fans have expressed their disappointment, while others have supported his decision.

"I understand why he doesn't want to perform there," said one fan. "The weather is too hot and the promoters are not reliable."

"I'm disappointed," said another fan. "I was really looking forward to seeing him perform in Dubai."
