Winnie Nwagi Lists Her Best Musicians of 2023

Musician Winnie Nwagi has compiled a list of her favorite musicians from the past year, 2023.

Nwagi believes these musicians have performed outstandingly and deserve applause for their massive contribution to the industry.

Nwagi ranked Vinka in the number one position, followed by Azawi, who is also from Swangz Avenue.

She also listed Lydia Jasmine, Carol Nantogo, and upcoming singer Elijah Kitaka.

"Vinka was very outstanding, Azawi also performed better, then Carol Nantogo, Lydia Jasmine, and Elijah Kitaka. I think they brought immense contribution last year," she said in an interview with a local television.

Nwagi, however, believes Ugandan musicians will perform even better this year compared to 2023.
