On Wednesday this week, musician Jowy Landa lost her brother, Martin Kawuki, after a long battle with illness at Kiruddu Hospital in Kampala.
His burial took place on Thursday afternoon at Bamunanika in Luweero District. The funeral mass also took place at the same location.
However, artistes were noticeably absent from the burial ceremony; only Nandor Love appeared.
All other artistes, including friends such as Pallaso, Ava Peace, and Grenade, did not attend her brother's burial.
Martin Kawuki had spent almost a full year in the hospital battling injuries he sustained after being attacked by thugs in Kampala.
Nandor Love has since been praised by social media users for standing by Jowy Landa through both good and challenging times.
