Musician Alien Skin has explained why he has been away from the entertainment scene, saying he intentionally took a break to make fans miss his music.
The singer said his decision to step out of the public eye was meant to create “scarcity” and increase demand for his work.
“I took a short break from music so people would miss my work. Now I am back, and I am giving my fans a special gift—a concert on Eid,” Alien Skin said.
He added that the strategy has worked, as fans are now eagerly waiting for his return to the stage.
Alien Skin also revealed that he is preparing for a special concert scheduled for the Eid holiday, which he expects to attract a large crowd of supporters.
The singer further stated that he is not concerned about whether other artists attend or support his event, insisting that his music catalog is strong enough to carry a full show.
“Even if other artists do not come, it is fine. I have so many songs that it would take me more than a whole day to sing them all,” he added.
Alien Skin remains one of Uganda’s most followed and controversial artists, known for his energetic performances and loyal fanbase.
