Salongo Sirajje has announced plans to hold another celebration at Kololo Ceremonial Grounds on December 4, 2026, setting up a potential clash with Jose Chameleone’s concert scheduled for the same day at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
Sirajje, who held a concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval last week, has described the event as a success despite criticism from some quarters.
Speaking during a TikTok Live, he said fans had asked him to organise another celebration and revealed that he was already in contact with the management of Kololo Ceremonial Grounds.
“I held a successful event at Lugogo Cricket Oval, and my fans have asked for another at Kololo Ceremonial Grounds. I am going to celebrate with them on December 4. I am fully in contact with the venue managers to see it through,” he said.
If the proposed show goes ahead as planned, it will take place on the same day as Chameleone’s concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval, potentially giving fans competing entertainment options.
However, Sirajje’s announcement does not confirm that the Kololo venue has been secured, as discussions with its management are reportedly still ongoing.
