President Museveni has ordered the arrest of three people who allegedly uploaded an audio message on social media that promotes ethnic divisions between the Banyankore and the Bakiga of South-western Uganda.
The president issued the arrest order after the audio recording started spreading on “Whatsapp”, an instant messaging service for smartphones.
