Song writer Branic Benzie real name Ibrahim Kalibwani who has for years been writing songs for female artistes like Mary Bata, among others is said to once again drag Bata to authorities if she fails to sort his alleged remaining fee for the two songs he did for her.
This is not the first time when Branic files cases against Bata, last year he filed a case against the singer, case ref SD06/18/09/2014 accusing Mary Bata of ‘stealing’ his two songs.
It is alleged that Bata had agreed to pay Branic Shs1.3m for both songs but the singer disappeared after recording and releasing the songs.
