Musician David Lutaalo has given his reasons for not performing at Kabaka's Nkuuka festival, which took place on December 31, 2023.
The show, promoted and organized by Abitex, took place in Kabaka's palace in Mengo.
Lutaalo explained he was never invited for the concert and had no way to force his name on the list of performers.
"The promoter never invited me for the Nkuuka festival, and I couldn't force myself on stage, but I was ready to perform had I received the invitation," he responded when asked why he didn't show face on the day of the concert.
Lutaalo made the remarks during his media tour with NBS TV for his upcoming concert this weekend.
