Police has in custody twelve students of Makerere University on charges of inciting violence.
The duo, according to Luke Owoyesigire the Kampala metropolitan spokesperson is being held at Wandegeya police station.
Owoyesigire explains that the students were planning a strike in unethical manner. The group will be arraigned before courts of law.
