Police has arrested a one Mulegenyi Isaac M/A 23yrs Resident of Gayaza who this afternoon, while armed with intention to rob, entered the Office of Liquid Cash Emmergency loans located near Sals Hotel Kiwatule road and fired a bullet to scare away the owner and people around.
