Musician Bebe Cool raised a storm when he released a video of singer Hilderman signing for Museveni's money in 2016.
While appearing on a local television, Hilderman wondered why Bebe cool had chosen to only expose him yet there are other artists that participated in the Tubonga Naawe project. He described Bebe Cool’s act as a breach of agreement and confidentiality. He implored Bebe Cool to release the audio of the video for fans to give a final judgment.
Hilderman has said he is ready to refund the money if Bebe Cool claims the money was a loan.
“I did not know it was a loan as he alleges. I thought it was a token of appreciation for my work with NRM then," Hilderman claimed.
