Spice Diana was spotted surrounded by bodyguards at Serena Hotel after beefing up her security team.
She has been moving with four muscular men around town.
When asked why she is always sorrounded by bodyguards, she said she was tired of stalkers who often touch and bombard him. She was feeling scared, she wanted to feel safe again.
In Uganda, most men feel they have a right to hold/ touch a woman with her consent.
