When Maurice Mugisha quit NTV Uganda for UBC about four years ago, Josephine Karungi took over as Head of News at the Serena-based TV station.
A day ago, we learned that Josephine Karungi had also been shown exit reportedly as a result of restructuring by the TV’s new Management.
The latest news on our desk indicates that Faridah Nakazibwe has been tipped to take over as the boss, leading Frank Walusimbi who is also favored at the station.
Nakazibwe and Walusimbi have been part of the TV station since the inception over a decade ago.
She anchors the famous 7 PM bulletin, “Akawungeezi” and hosts “Mwasuze Mutya” while presents“Tuwaye”.
