Sheila Gashumba’s ex-boyfriend Marcus Ali Lwanga (God’s Plan) has gone back to the United Kingdom after failing to make ends meet in Uganda.
He has been struggling financially for the past year.
He took to his social media to announce he had arrived in the UK, scoffing at critics who earlier claimed he had been banned from the country.
It can be recalled that he was deported years ago over crimes related to fraud.
God’s Plan made a splash in Uganda for some time and lived a luxurious lifestyle before he run broke.
