Socialite Sipapa has no known job but lives a luxurious lifestyle.
Although many link him to many high-end robberies in the city, he vehemently denies the allegations.
A few years ago, pictures of him soaked in dirty clothes in the trenches of Kololo leaked to media.
It is alleged he was caught trying to access a private property owned by a city tycoon.
In a recent interview with local television, he claimed he spends over Shs 70 million weekly, and one would wonder how he makes money.
He announced he spends most of his money on fans, workers, and close friends.
"I spend between three to seven million a day. I gift my fans daily as I move around the city," he partly said.
Sipapa often claims he earns his money through talent management. He previously worked as the manager of his ex-girlfriend, Serena Bata but they fell out.
He is currently managing upcoming musician, Butinda, but this kind of job does not cash in a lot of money as he alleges.
