At the start of last week, Andre Ojambo a.k.a Daddy Andre issued an intention to sue letter to Nina Kankunda a.k.a Nina Roz over the termination of a contract. 

In the letter, Daddy Andre through GM Kibirige and Co. Advocates state that in November 2021, Nina Roz terminated a 5-year contract signed on 8th June 2020. 

Nina Roz is ordered to pay Daddy Andre Shs 120 million in damages and also stop performing the songs he worked on with Daddy Andre or else fail jail. 

In response, the "Nagana" singer confirmed she is the rightful owner of the songs and she doesn't owe anyone. She will continue performing all her songs. 

"I will perform all my songs because I own their copyright and if you book me be assured of my performance," she told viewers while appearing for an interview with local television. 

The songs under contention include Nagana, Billboard Kipande, Andele, and Enyonta.
They were produced by Daddy Andre under Black Market Records.
